- Assist in coordinating annual audits of clients’ financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with precision.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or auditing role (Associate level).
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
