Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and assist in annual audits of clients' financial statements
- Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with internal control assessments and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or auditing preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus
