Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and execution of annual financial audits for various clients, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and timelines.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and other account analyses to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify journal entries, ensuring proper classification and documentation.
- Support senior accountants and auditors in gathering and reviewing financial data for audit fieldwork.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., PFRS/IFRS) and internal control procedures.
- Maintain organized and comprehensive financial records and documentation for audit trails.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related financial field from a reputable institution.
- 0-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or auditing role; fresh graduates with strong academic records and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
