Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including budget variance analysis and performance metrics
- Manage and develop accounting staff through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Optimize accounting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years progressive accounting experience with at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines
