Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate data entry for all AP invoices and non-trade related expenses.
- Conduct timely and thorough reconciliation of supplier Statements of Account (SOA) against the Navision closing balance.
- Prepare and process outgoing payments to suppliers, ensuring adherence to payment terms and internal controls.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or payment inquiries.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and documentation management.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or LCCI/ACCA qualification).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or accounts payable role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Navision experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
