Join NTUC Health Co-operative's Finance team as an Accounts Associate on a 1-year contract basis. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for timely payment
- Manage petty cash disbursements and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Support financial reporting and audit requirements
- Collaborate with finance team on process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
