Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for the Head of CX.
- Prepare, proofread, and format internal reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Facilitate team meetings, document minutes, and ensure clear follow-up on action items and project timelines.
- Assist in the implementation of governance frameworks and operational policies to ensure departmental compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication across all levels.
- Maintain departmental filing systems, documentation, and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Support the planning and execution of team-building events, leadership workshops, and town hall sessions.
- Analyze operational workflows and suggest process improvements to increase administrative efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support or executive assistant role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Previous experience in a CX or BPO environment is highly advantageous.
