Tanggung Jawab

  • Conducting various psychometric assessments and structured interviews as part of leadership and talent evaluation processes.
  • Analyzing assessment data to generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights for client organizations.
  • Collaborating with senior assessors and consultants to design and customize assessment solutions tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
  • Delivering structured feedback sessions to individuals and management, fostering self-awareness and supporting development planning.
  • Participating in client meetings to understand requirements, present findings, and build strong professional relationships.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of assessment methodologies, tools, and best practices within the firm.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional guidelines in all assessment activities.
  • Assisting in the development of workshop materials and training programs related to leadership and talent development.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related behavioral science field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in talent assessment, psychometric testing, or HR consulting.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies, including personality inventories, cognitive ability tests, and structured interviews.
  • Excellent analytical, interpretation, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential.
