Frasers Property is seeking a meticulous and experienced Finance professional to join our team as an Associate/Assistant Manager, Finance for a 10-month contract engagement within our Hospitality division. This is a critical role for a finance expert who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our hospitality entities, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing analytical support that drives informed decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-set finance and accounting operations for multiple hospitality entities across various jurisdictions.
- Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Execute rigorous balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of intercompany transactions.
- Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial performance drivers and potential risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment on reporting deadlines and compliance policies.
- Assist with internal and external audit coordination and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Prior experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-currency transactions and cross-border reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-month contract duration.
