In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence in the market, working closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and support our long-term business objectives.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will lead the development and execution of end-to-end brand strategies. You will analyze market trends, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and ensure that every customer touchpoint reflects our company values. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and growth.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Monitor brand health and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute localized marketing materials.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and market research.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and CRM software.
