Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily cash application activities, ensuring accurate and timely posting of payments against customer invoices.
- Analyze and resolve unapplied cash and short-payment discrepancies through proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer account records in the ERP system with high precision.
- Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives to streamline C2C workflows.
- Prepare regular reconciliation reports and key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for management review.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to support month-end closing activities and audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable operations.
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of transactional data accurately.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
