Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customs declarations and related import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with customs authorities and other government agencies to ensure compliance with all trade regulations.
  • Verify proper classification of goods, tariff codes, and calculate duties/taxes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding clearance status and requirements.
  • Resolve minor discrepancies or issues related to customs procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements.
  • Utilize customs software and internal systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational flow.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Some prior experience (1-2 years) in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, or an administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with local customs regulations (Malaysia) and international trade practices is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
