Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for retail clients
- Ensure compliance with Financial Action Task Force (FAT) regulations
- Provide legal advisory on commercial transactions and business operations

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial law and FAT compliance
- Strong understanding of Indonesian commercial regulations
- Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
