Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research on Indonesian corporate and commercial laws
- Manage legal documentation systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards
- Support regulatory compliance monitoring for fintech operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on legal matters
- Prepare legal briefs and memoranda for senior legal counsel
- Assist in intellectual property rights management
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
- Strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0)
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Indonesian legal terminology and regulations
- Experience with legal document drafting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
