Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts and service level agreements.
- Providing expert legal counsel and support to management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.
- Conducting thorough legal research to assess risks and advise on the legal implications of new business initiatives.
- Managing and overseeing all company registrations, licenses, and permits to ensure full compliance with Indonesian laws.
- Monitoring changes in local legislation to ensure the company remains compliant with the latest industry standards.
- Collaborating with external counsel and stakeholders to resolve complex legal disputes and litigation matters.
- Developing and maintaining a robust legal compliance framework for the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S1 Hukum) degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in legal management, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or corporate sector.
- Strong command of Indonesian commercial law, Company Law, and Civil Code regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
