- Stay current with evolving patent laws and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of patent law or IP experience
- Strong understanding of patentability criteria
- Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution
- Knowledge of Indonesian and international patent systems
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
- Certification in intellectual property (advantageous)
