You will work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs, conduct market research, and support the end-to-end delivery of projects. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, managing client relationships, and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support client recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and potential candidates.
- Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and business proposals.
- Identify business opportunities and propose innovative HR solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize recruitment methodologies and processes.
- Participate in client meetings and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, consulting, or a related professional role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
