We are currently seeking specialists to bolster our expertise across several departments, including Anaesthesiology, Radiology, Neonatology, Psychiatry (Geriatric), Endourology, Breast Surgery, and Colorectal Surgery. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients within your respective specialty.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings to determine optimal treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, medical officers, and residents to foster professional development.
- Contribute to departmental research projects, clinical trials, and audit activities.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with current medical advancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide specialty-specific consultation services.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital clinical governance policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized medical degree and post-graduate specialist qualification (e.g., FRCS, FRCP, M.Med, or equivalent).
- Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Substantial clinical experience in the relevant specialty, commensurate with the level of appointment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated interest in medical education and clinical research.
- Ability to lead clinical teams and contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.
