Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and industry trends.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and performance reports to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver high-quality project deliverables.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR operations or HR consulting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
