Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to business departments on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support business operations and decision-making
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documents
- Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout the business lifecycle, from inception to execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk management strategies and legal frameworks
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws
- Support in handling corporate legal matters including M&A, corporate restructuring, and dispute resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university
- Registered advocate (Advokat) certification or eligibility for registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages, with excellent drafting and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, commercial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
