Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to senior management and operational departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support ongoing business initiatives and litigation strategies.
- Oversee data privacy compliance and intellectual property management.
- Assist in regulatory investigations and manage external legal counsel relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a current and active member of the Philippine Bar.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in in-house legal counsel or private practice.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
