Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor and interpret legislative changes affecting palm oil operations and advise internal stakeholders
- Design and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with Indonesian law and international standards
- Represent the company in government meetings, public consultations, and industry forums
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Manage regulatory reporting and documentation for government agencies
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to ensure alignment with ESG goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of government relations or compliance experience in palm oil/agricultural sector
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and government processes
- Strong understanding of sustainability standards (RSPO, ISPO) and international compliance requirements
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and policy advocacy
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certifications in compliance management or government affairs advantageous
