As our Industrial Relations (IR) professional, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a harmonious relationship between management and the workforce. Your expertise will ensure that our operations remain fully compliant with Indonesian labor regulations while creating a positive, engaging employee experience.

In this key position, you will serve as the bridge between leadership and staff, navigating complex labor laws, resolving conflicts, and implementing policies that support our organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain harmonious relationships between the company management and all levels of employees.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including the Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular labor law compliance audits and risk assessments within the manufacturing facility.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the workforce and management through meetings and forums.
  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and updating of company labor policies, employee handbooks, and collective work agreements.
  • Organize and deliver labor awareness and safety training programs to employees.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or HR Compliance within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, including collective bargaining agreements (PA).
  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulations.
