We are seeking a dedicated Land Legal and Public Relations Specialist to join the team at UCoal Sumberdaya. This role is critical in supporting the company's external affairs by bridging the gap between the organization and the local community. You will be responsible for managing comprehensive community relations, ensuring strict land administration, handling legal compliance, and facilitating smooth licensing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders to maintain a positive operational environment.
In this position, you will ensure that all land-related legalities are up to date while fostering strong, transparent relationships with local communities. You will represent the company in government meetings and community forums, ensuring that our operations align with local regulations and community expectations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can manage complex administrative tasks while maintaining a high standard of communication and ethical conduct.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all land administration tasks, including document verification and filing.
- Handle legal documentation, including land rights, permits, and company asset records.
- Coordinate the licensing process with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Act as the primary liaison for community relations, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Facilitate regular community engagement activities and site visits to build trust.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align land and legal strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and community feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land administration, legal compliance, or community relations within the energy or mining sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and government licensing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with government officials and community leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
- Valid Driving License (SIM A) is mandatory.
