Join the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) as an Associate in our Dental Registry Office (DRO). In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and the backbone of our administrative operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-of-house inquiries efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date patient records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle patient billing, collection of payments, and verification of insurance or government subsidy schemes.
- Address patient feedback and concerns with professional empathy and clear communication.
- Prepare daily administrative reports and maintain office supplies and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and internal data protection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, dental clinic operations, or high-volume customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with medical software systems.
- Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
