Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and restorative treatments.
- Provide expert patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.
- Assist the Clinical Director in complex cases and contribute to treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient electronic health records (EHR).
- Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
- Communicate treatment options clearly to patients to ensure informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice in the Philippines.
- Strong clinical skills and familiarity with modern dental equipment and software.
- Exceptional bedside manner with a focus on patient comfort and empathy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient education.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced part-time clinical setting.
