Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing communication strategies for Standard Chartered's Premium Banking segment in Indonesia.
  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, adhering to global brand guidelines and local market nuances.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, sales, and analytics departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, overseeing creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions for brand positioning and communication.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and achieve growth targets.
  • Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for marketing communication initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing communication, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.
  • Proven experience within the financial services industry, particularly with Premium or Retail Banking segments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional media.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
