Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for clinical operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize clinical workflows to increase operational efficiency and patient care quality.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements, healthcare compliance standards, and internal quality protocols.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for clinical programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of clinical and operational staff to achieve professional and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Quality Assurance, and Client Services to drive process improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and spearhead initiatives for cost-effective scaling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical healthcare processes and regulatory standards within the BPO or healthcare service sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex operations and high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, healthcare management software, and data visualization tools.
