Kualifikasi
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years of experience in HR operations or employee servicesStrong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and benefits frameworksProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
