KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) is seeking a dedicated Associate Executive to join our Business Office on an 18-month contract basis. This is a pivotal role designed to support our organization through a significant digital transformation as we transition to a new national billing system.

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, administrative efficiency, and accurate financial processing. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot transition issues, maintain data integrity, and provide top-tier support to internal and external stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide direct operational support for the successful implementation of the new national billing system.
  • Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure accuracy between legacy systems and the new platform.
  • Handle administrative documentation, reports, and billing queries promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with various departments to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks during the transition phase.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of system migration activities and user feedback.
  • Support the Business Office team in daily operational tasks to ensure minimal service disruption.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office operations, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work well within a team.
  • Experience with healthcare billing or hospital information systems is highly advantageous.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable adapting to new digital workflows.
