Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior management and department heads
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Handle incoming inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Organize and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, and logistical requirements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- 2-5 years of relevant administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
