Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage Learning & Development (L&D) programmes and training sessions for the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and talent development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of training materials, employee progress, and development milestones.
  • Support HR operations by handling administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Conduct feedback analysis and prepare reports on training effectiveness and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate development solutions.
  • Organize team-building events and workshops to foster a positive work culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development, or a similar support role.
  • Strong understanding of talent development concepts and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
