Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various departments.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including handling inquiries, grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Coordinate payroll administration and ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and personnel files.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related reports, statistics, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and resource allocation needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR administration or recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Office Suite is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CPHR) would be an added advantage.
