We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Executive, Human Resources (Nursing) to join the team at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the human capital needs of the nursing department. Your primary focus will involve executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier nursing talent and ensuring compliance with Work Injury Compensation (WIC) regulations. You will act as a key liaison between the nursing staff and the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and a supportive work environment.

As an Associate Executive, you will handle confidential personnel data, coordinate orientation programs, and assist in various HR administrative functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing positions, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing requirements and prepare manpower plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new nursing staff to ensure a seamless integration.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and promote employer branding within the healthcare sector.
  • Handle general HR administrative duties, such as processing employment letters and leave applications.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Nursing.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sector.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and Work Injury Compensation regulations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
