Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Institute of Geriatrics and Active Ageing, including managing schedules, correspondence, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, and events, handling logistics and documentation.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and financial administration.
- Support research activities by preparing reports, data entry, and maintaining filing systems.
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and general operational needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
