Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, development, and coordination of medical tower projects and facility upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Engineering, Operations, and Finance, to align project goals.
- Prepare and review project proposals, progress reports, and presentation materials.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance records.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues.
- Support feasibility studies and cost estimation for new developments.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and local building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare facility planning or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and healthcare standards is a plus.
