Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) is seeking a proactive Associate Executive for our Innovation & Improvement (I&I) Office. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of transforming hospital operations, providing vital administrative support to ensure our clinical and non-clinical processes are efficient, innovative, and patient-centric.

As part of the I&I team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, manage project documentation, and facilitate improvement initiatives that directly impact patient care outcomes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Innovation & Improvement team for ongoing hospital-wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, project workshops, and progress tracking sessions with various clinical departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, process maps, and project reporting dashboards to track improvement milestones.
  • Assist in data collection and preliminary analysis for operational studies to identify potential process bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment with hospital quality standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events or training sessions related to innovation and quality improvement.
  • Manage administrative procurement, budget tracking, and scheduling for the I&I department.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across the hospital.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in continuous improvement and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
