Tanggung Jawab
- Administrative Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Specialised Support Services department, ensuring all daily operations are executed efficiently.
- Patient Liaison: Assist in coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries regarding support services.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, medical files, and departmental documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with medical staff, nursing teams, and external agencies to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
- Office Operations: Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Reporting: Prepare routine reports, statistical data, and presentations to support departmental decision-making processes.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and managing departmental meetings, workshops, and internal events.
Kualifikasi
- Education: GCE 'N' or 'O' Level with relevant post-secondary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hospital management systems is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and pay close attention to detail.
