Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate logistics for training programs and workshops, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource management
- Maintain and update training records, databases, and documentation systems for compliance and reporting
- Liaise with department heads to identify skill gaps and coordinate training needs assessment
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and administrative documentation for development programs
- Assist in developing content for onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training initiatives
- Monitor training budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination, or talent development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies preferred
- Experience in healthcare or public sector administration advantageous
