Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-tier technical and functional support for core financial applications and ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues reported by the finance and accounting teams in a timely manner.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new modules.
- Maintain user access controls, security profiles, and system permissions in compliance with company audit policies.
- Help create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for custom reports and dashboard configurations.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users to ensure optimal utilization of financial software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets) and financial workflows.
- Basic experience or familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic data analysis formulas).
- A strong desire to learn, adapt to new systems, and build a career in financial technology.
