Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and perform periodic asset verifications.
- Assist in the monthly and annual closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
