Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day financial accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure timely reporting and accuracy.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring departmental expenditures against approved budgets.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial operations; fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage.
