Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate transactional discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports to BNM and the Securities Commission.
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance operations workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance operations department.
- Facilitate internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and system enhancements as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) or actively pursuing one is highly preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Solid understanding of bank reconciliations and regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Familiarity with core banking systems (e.g., Silverlake, SWIFT) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
