Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors on complex legal matters, including corporate governance and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of high-value commercial contracts, employment agreements, and regulatory filings to protect the company's interests.
- Direct the daily operations of the legal department, including mentorship, performance management, and resource allocation for the legal team.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, industry regulations, and international standards applicable to the organization.
- Conduct thorough legal research to identify potential risks, opportunities, and emerging trends that could impact the business.
- Lead investigations into internal policy violations and represent the company in legal proceedings, mediation, or arbitration when necessary.
- Develop and implement internal compliance programs and training initiatives to promote a culture of ethical conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Attorney (Bar exam passers) with a valid certificate of registration and good standing.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in legal practice, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Strong background in corporate law, labor law, contract management, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in handling high-stakes litigation, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate restructuring.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
