Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the organization's HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Lead and support HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, new module implementations, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Provide expert-level support for HRIS users, troubleshooting issues, developing user guides, and conducting training sessions.
  • Develop and generate various HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational insights.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to identify system needs, recommend solutions, and optimize HR processes through technology.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Philippine laws) and internal data governance policies.
  • Act as a change champion, guiding stakeholders through system changes and fostering adoption of new HR technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new HRIS functionalities or features to improve efficiency and user experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS management, with significant hands-on experience in Workday.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR systems and processes, including data management, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Proven track record in leading or significantly contributing to HRIS implementation and optimization projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or relevant modules is highly desirable.
