- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely repairs.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical incidents and service requests efficiently.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and common productivity software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under tight deadlines.
