Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation and case records
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university
- Active BAS/KTA Advokat license (mandatory)
- 1-3 years of legal practice experience preferred
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of ethical conduct and professional integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Residency in Jakarta Raya is highly preferred
