Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis for case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and legal proceedings
- Coordinate with clients to gather case information and provide regular updates
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy and execution
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and case files
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and judicial precedents
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Philippine Bar passer
