Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law to support client strategies.
- Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, contracts, and memoranda with precision.
- Assist in court appearances, hearings, and depositions under attorney supervision.
- Collaborate with accounting professionals to provide integrated legal and financial solutions.
- Manage case files, maintain organized records, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations regarding corporate and civil matters.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare summaries of legal issues for presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled or recently passed the Bar Examination in the Philippines.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable law school.
- Strong academic background in litigation, corporate law, or civil procedure.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Philjuris) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
