Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal representation for clients in both civil and criminal litigation proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal opinions, memoranda, and court pleadings.
- Advise corporate clients on regulatory compliance, legal risk assessment, and corporate governance.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless business operations for our clients.
- Manage end-to-end corporate transaction processes, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide on-site legal support and advisory services for corporate clients during negotiations and meetings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and provide regular status updates to senior legal counsel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
- Must possess a valid Advocate License (PERADI) in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian litigation procedures and commercial/corporate law.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a client-focused approach.
